I HAVE LOST 2 MORE POUNDS!!!!!!! IN A WEEK NO LESS!!!!! ISN�T THAT SWEET!

So anyway I had to get that out. I feel great. I can actually look in a mirror and not want to puke or grab a hack saw and cut away the fat. I still have a ways to go. But at least I have gotten started for real this time.
