So I am looking at my paycheck stub and I see this time off award. I am like what is this. I don't remember getting anything about this. I said did I miss something? I mean I am by no means complaining, but when you work with the military you learn to question everything good or bad. So this is what my boss sent to me...............
YOU ARE NOT MISTAKEN...YOU HAVE BEEN AWARDED 8 HOURS OF LEAVE FOR YOUR OUTSTANDING JOB OF PROCESSING LEAVE CHITS DURING THE CHRISTMAS STANDDOWN...THIS IS A VERY TEDIOUS PROCESS AND YOUR TRACKING MADE IT GO SMOOTH...YOU MET THE TIME REQUIREMENTS FOR PROCESSING THE LEAVE CHITS WITH TIME TO SPARE...YOUR EFFORTS WERE OUTSTANDING...THANKS FOR YOUR DEDICATION TO THE JOB....
So now don't I feel like the serious BITCH for ever complaining about her! I have learned my lesson! I will never say a bad thing about her ever again! I swear!
Anyway I am so happy I have 3 weeks vacation on the books thanks to that award and I have only been back to work for 9 months. That is the shit!
